What are your hours of operation?
Our wholesale counter and showroom are open during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Do you sell to the general public or only to commercial contractors?
We serve everyone! While we specialize in commercial accounts, electrical contractors, and property management fulfillment, our showroom and expert staff are fully open to retail customers and homeowners looking for premium, reliable lighting solutions.

What types of lighting products do you stock?
We stock a massive inventory of interior and exterior lighting products, including:
- LED Fixtures & Retrofits: Panels, troffers, downlights, high-bays, and commercial exterior wall packs.
- Lamps & Bulbs: Traditional and LED replacements for linear tubes, HID lamps, decorative bulbs, and specialty lighting.
- Ballasts & Drivers: Emergency ballasts, electronic fluorescent ballasts, and LED drivers.
- Controls & Dimming: Occupancy sensors, smart switches, timers, and commercial dimming systems.
Can you help me find hard-to-find or discontinued bulbs and ballasts?
Yes! Specialty and legacy lighting is one of our core strengths. If you have an older fixture or an obsolete bulb, bring it into our Concord store or snap a photo of the manufacturer specifications. Our team is expert at sourcing rare parts or finding the exact modern LED equivalent.
Do you offer energy-efficient upgrades?
Absolutely. We specialize in LED retrofit solutions that can dramatically lower your energy bills and reduce maintenance costs. We can help you find direct-wire (bypass) or plug-and-play options to upgrade your existing fluorescent or HID fixtures.
Ordering & Commercial Accounts
How do I open a commercial contractor or wholesale account?
We offer dedicated commercial accounts with flexible credit terms for qualified contractors, electricians, and corporate entities. To apply, please visit our store to fill out an application, or download the form directly from our website and return it to our finance department.
Can I place an order for will-call pickup?
Yes. To save time on the job site, contractors can call, text, or email orders ahead of time. We will pull your inventory and have it staged and ready for quick will-call pickup at our Concord counter.
Do you offer delivery to job sites?
Yes, we offer local delivery to job sites and commercial properties throughout Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, and throughout the San Francisco Bay area and we can ship anywhere. Minimum order sizes or delivery fees may apply depending on the distance; please speak with your account representative for details.
Can you handle large-scale commercial project quotes?
Yes. For large commercial build-outs, retrofits, or multi-family housing projects, send us your lighting schedules and blueprints. Our commercial project team will provide competitive volume pricing and accurate lead times.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
- Stock Items: Standard stock items in original, un-opened packaging can be returned within [30/60] days with a valid receipt or invoice.
- Special Orders: Custom fixtures or items specially ordered from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee or may be non-returnable, depending on the manufacturer's policy.
How are product warranties handled?
Because we source directly from major, reputable lighting manufacturers, most of our products carry robust warranties (typically 3 to 5 years for commercial LEDs). If a product fails within its warranty period, bring the item and your invoice back to us, and we will facilitate the manufacturer replacement process for you.
Energy Rebates & Compliance
Are your products compliant with California Title 24 regulations?
Yes. Navigating California’s strict Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards can be complex. We stock a wide selection of JA8-certified lamps and Title 24-compliant high-efficacy fixtures, dimmers, and occupancy sensors to ensure your project passes inspection.
Can you help me secure PG&E energy rebates?
Many of our LED products qualify for commercial rebates through Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E). Our knowledgeable staff can help guide you toward DLC (DesignLights Consortium) approved products that maximize your rebate potential and accelerate your return on investment.
